Gods of Ancient Egyptians

Gods were very important in ancient Egypt, They were (polytheistic), which means they precious more than one god. In fact, they pet hundreds of gods. Some, such as Ra (Amon-Ra) were reputable by everyone throughout the land. Each of the 42 nomes relied on a different god or family of gods to look after its functions. At home people grown to little gods for service with daily problems. At the time of Thutmose III there were over  740  named  gods,  most  of  which  were  localised gods or goddesses.
